Accurate and instant facts about patients for both management and clinicians.
Daintel CIS™ consists of the medical record, a CPOE, and the Electronic Observation Chart.
The three modules form a complete and comprehensive clinical workplace.
Advanced search options offer management and clinicians real time facts about individual patients or groups of patients. Examples include: mortality, length of stay or any other parameter from the database.
- Medical Record: Doctors and nurses type in assessments and plans in the medical record. Clinical scores and IDC10 or ICD9 codes are registered in a natural process. Pictures and observations are added with just a few clicks.
- CPOE: The medication process is complex in the ICU. Daintel’s integrated CPOE provides a comprehensive presentation of the patient’s medication and gives doctors and nurses the option of grouping the treatments in a way that make sense for the individual patient. The CPOE enables our clients to add drug dosage regimens and is populated with thousands of drug dosage suggestions right from delivery.
- Electronic Observation Chart: Pulse, temperature, and blood pressure are just a few examples of vitals that, when measured over time, provide a sound indication of the patient’s condition. Various charts on paper, random post-its and loose notes can be used to document a patient’s condition at a given time but they fail to perform when rational clinical decisions must be made based on development of multiple values.
The Electronic Observation Chart can directly read values from more than 300 types of medical hardware. Typing, and typing-associated errors, is thus avoided.
