CIS has been developed as a standard solution specifically for ICUs. Because CIS is designed to follow the existing workflow and routines in the ICU closely we have been able to optimize the implementation process significantly. A full implementation of the entire CIS Suite, consisting of CIS EMR, CIS EPAS, CIS PDM and CIS BI can be accomplished in 3 months.

If cables, servers, PCs and other hardware already are in place, the implementation process can be reduced to 2 months.

Clinical staff need 2-3 hours training in order to be fully proficient in the entire CIS Suite. Daintel offers a CIS training environment and video training modules embedded in the different CIS modules.
